City Harvest Outstanding Individual Award Winners (presented June 2008)
Thank you for your interest in the Volunteer Program at City Harvest. As a nonprofit with limited resources, we are reliant on the time and talents of individuals in our Volunteer Program. Volunteers help drive our work at City Harvest. Filling out the Volunteer Application on this page is your first step to supporting our mission to end hunger in New York City, as a volunteer.
Please download a City Harvest Volunteer Application, which can then be filled out and returned to Daniel Morgan, Manager-Volunteer Services via email or fax at 917.351.8720. After submitting the application, prospective volunteers must attend a one-hour volunteer orientation in order to gain active volunteer status. Typically, volunteer orientations take place on the second Tuesday of every month at 6pm at City Harvest offices (575 Eighth Avenue, 4th floor).
To RSVP for an orientation, please call 917.351.8762. After attending an orientation, you will receive weekly updates as to how you can donate your time to City Harvest.
